Audit
An independent department, directly under the Corporate Headquarters, carries out surprise audits for verification and validation of our service contracts for our operational, administrative and financial performance analysis and sends feed back to our Corporate Headquarters/HR/Branches and clients for rectification of shortcomings and overall improvement in setting best security practices and our services.

This is achieved by its independent Field Audit Team and Customer Care Cell which operates from Corporate Office, reported by its branches about the feedback from clients so as to be resolved and addressed in minimum period.
